European Business definition

European Business means the Parent Business conducted in Europe and Africa.
European Business means the business, properties, assets, liabilities (contingent or otherwise), results of operations or condition (financial or otherwise) of Sunterra Europe and the European Subsidiaries.
European Business means the Business as conducted by Seller and its Affiliates as of the date hereof in Europe using the brand name “TSC”.

European Business means the distribution, marketing and sales of Products and Associated Services in the Territory.
European Business means the U.K. Business and the French Business, taken as a whole.
European Business means the following services with respect to Products in United Kingdom, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, in each case to the extent conducted by the Company as of the date hereof: (i) pre-production services (expressly excluding content mastering (other than glass mastering), authoring and similar content preparation); (ii) selection of raw materials suppliers; (iii) ordering raw materials (including components) from various suppliers such as pressing plants, duplicators and printers; (iv) replication and manufacturing; (v) assembly; (vi) staging for shipment components to various points; (vii) staging for shipment finished units from point of manufacture to distributors and other shipment locations; (viii) inventory control with respect to raw material component parts; (ix) physical distribution (excluding promotions, in-store displays and similar sales and mastering distributions); (x) processing of returns for scrap or return to inventory; (xi) inventory control and warehousing with respect to finished units; and (xii) shipment of finished units, and, in all cases, expressly excluding Seller Core Business.
European Business as defined in the recitals hereto.
European Business means all of the business of the Company originating in, arising out of, or related to Europe, including, without limitation, the Company’s capital markets business (sales and trading of securities as well as investment banking), the Company’s asset management business (managing assets through listed and private companies, funds, managed accounts and collateralized debt obligations, including but not limited to Dekania Europe CDO I plc, Dekania Europe CDO II plc, Dekania Europe CDO III plc, and Munda CLO I BV), the Company’s principal investing business (investments in the investment vehicles, primarily those that the Company manages), and any other business in which the Company may engage.
European Business means the portion of the Business conducted by Xxxxxxxx and the term "North American Business" shall mean the portion of the Business not conducted by Xxxxxxxx.
European Business has the meaning set forth in Section 5.23(a).
