Palo Alto means Palo Alto Investors, LLC.
Palo Alto or “Licensor”) Licensor’s End User License Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a material part hereof by this reference. This document, including the End User License Agreement attached as Exhibit A, Exhibit B: End User Support Agreement and, Exhibit C: End of Life Policy constitutes the Agreement between Palo Alto (Licensor) and the DoD. The terms and conditions set out below in these Software License Requirements, supplement, to the extent a conflict exists, supersede, and take precedence over the terms and conditions of Exhibit A, Exhibit B and, Exhibit C. For clarification, the Order of Precedence is in the following order: 1) the DoD ESI Software License Agreement, 2) any End User License Agreement, and 3) any End User Support Agreement
Palo Alto means the City of Palo Alto, its officers, board members, employees, and agents.

  • This Agreement is subject to the fiscal provisions of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto and the Palo Alto Municipal Code.

  • If the Project Manager determines that CONSULTANT is a “Consultant” as that term is defined by the Regulations of the Fair Political Practices Commission, CONSULTANT shall be required and agrees to file the appropriate financial disclosure documents required by the Palo Alto Municipal Code and the Political Reform Act.

  • Copies of these rates may be obtained at the Purchasing Division’s office of the City of Palo Alto.

  • B-BBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • Towers means the communications towers on the Sites.

  • Addition (to an existing building means an extension or increase in the floor area or height of a building or structure.

  • Gateway means the BT electronic gateway, used for all ordering or fault reporting as described in the relevant section of the Handbook;

  • Urban renewal project means undertakings and activities of a municipality in an urban renewal area for the elimination and for the prevention of the development or spread of slums and blight, and may involve slum clearance and redevelopment in an urban renewal area, or rehabilitation or conservation in an urban renewal area, or any combination or part of them in accordance with an urban renewal plan. These undertakings and activities may include:

  • Urban renewal area means a slum area or a blighted area or a combination thereof which the municipality designates as appropriate for an urban renewal project.

  • Cost center means a cost category delineated by cost reporting forms prescribed by the office.

  • Ground floor means a floor of a building with a building entrance on an accessible route. A building may have more than one ground floor.

  • Cottage Sector Means a single dwelling that does not have a common facility for a multiple number of tenants.

  • Wheeling means the operation whereby the distribution system and associated facilities of a transmission licensee or distribution licensee, as the case may be, are used by another person for the conveyance of electricity on payment of charges to be determined under section 62;

  • Owners Corporation means the Owners’ corporation of the Lot and the Development incorporated and registered under the Building Management Ordinance (Cap.344);

  • Campus means any place where the college conducts or sponsors educational, public service, or research activities.

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.

  • Asset Management Agreement means, as the context requires, any agreement entered into between a Series and an Asset Manager pursuant to which such Asset Manager is appointed as manager of the relevant Series Assets, as amended from time to time.

  • Residential care means the provision of care on a 24-hour day basis.

  • Triplex means a building comprising 3 dwelling units, each of which has a separate entrance to grade;
