Owner Deliverables definition

Owner Deliverables means those items and tasks to be provided or performed by Linn as set forth on Schedule “F” attached hereto.

Examples of Owner Deliverables in a sentence

  • Engineer shall deliver the completed Phase II Design Package no later than sixty (60) days after the receipt of all Phase II Owner Deliverables.

Related to Owner Deliverables

  • Purchaser Deliverables has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Deliverables means the work product and other output of the Services required to be delivered by Contractor as part of the Services, as specified in the relevant section of the Contract.

  • Real Property Deliverables means each of the following agreements, instruments and other documents in respect of each Facility:

  • Investor Deliverables has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).

  • Custom Deliverable means the Work Product that Contractor is required to deliver to the Eligible User under this Contract.

  • Company Deliverables has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Detailed Specifications means the specifications for materials and works as specified in PWD BSR/ issued under the authority of PWD/ or as implied/added to or superseded by the special conditions.

  • Service delivery area means the defined geographic area for delivery of program services.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Interconnection Customer:

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Instructional materials means relevant instructional

  • service delivery agreement means an agreement between the Municipality and an institution or persons mentioned in section 76(b) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered.   • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;
