outsourcing means an arrangement of any form between an insurance or reinsurance undertaking and a service provider, whether a supervised entity or not, by which that service provider performs a process, a service or an activity, whether directly or by sub-outsourcing, which would otherwise be performed by the insurance or reinsurance undertaking itself;
Outsource means to cause a Service to be provided by a third-party provider which is not an Affiliate of the Provider.
Processing Center means a legal entity or its department that supports the informational and technological interaction between payment participants.

Network Operating Agreement means an executed agreement that contains the terms and conditions under which the Network Customer shall operate its facilities and the technical and operational matters associated with the implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Architectural services means those services described as the "practice of architecture," as defined in K.S.A. 74-7003, and amendments thereto.
Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.
Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.
BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.
Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.
Hosting means the act of providing service and access to Client Content by the Internet.
Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.
Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.
Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:
Property management system means the Contractor’s system or systems for managing and controlling Government property.
Construction Services Agreement (CSA) means the Construction Services Agreement, together with any duly authorized and executed amendments hereto.
Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.
Project Services means architectural, engineering services, land surveying, construction management at-risk services, ancillary technical services or other construction-related services determined by the board to be required by the project.
