Our Basic Support definition

Our Basic Support means the support services We provide You at no extra charge which includes using Our commercially reasonable efforts to promptly address and resolve Application Errors.

Examples of Our Basic Support in a sentence

  • We shall: (i) provide to You Our Basic Support for the Services and/or Software Products at no additional charge, and/or premium support if purchased separately, (ii) use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except for: (a) planned downtime (of which We shall give You a prior notice via the Site).

  • Our Basic Support team has limited access to devices on the network and is only able to see the status of the device (online, offline, etc.) Basic Support does not have access, cannot take control, and is unable to directly interact with any data or systems through the RSM tool.

Related to Our Basic Support

  • SAP Support means SAP's then current support offering made available to Customer, as stated in the Order Form.

  • Tier 1 Support means the Technical Support provided by the Tier 1 Help Desk.

  • Tier 2 Support means the Esri Technical Support provided to the Tier 1 Help Desk when a Case cannot be resolved through Tier 1 Support.

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • First Level Support means any support relating to calls from Customer’s customers, end users or affiliates or general resolution of user errors, network errors, provisioning errors or Internet delays or malfunctions.

  • Basic life support means emergency first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation procedures to maintain life without invasive techniques.

  • Cloud BPO Support means the then-current technical support services SAP provides to Provider for the SAP Cloud Services as described in the Cloud BPO Schedule.

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.

  • Operations Support Systems (OSS means the suite of functions which permits CLEC to interface to the ILEC for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance/ repair and billing as described in the Attachment 07 – Operations Support Systems (OSS) herein.

  • Child support means that part of a Child Restraint System by which the child can be raised within the Child Restraint System.

  • Crew Support Costs means all expenses of a general nature which are not particularly referable to any individual vessel for the time being managed by the Managers and which are incurred by the Managers for the purpose of providing an efficient and economic management service and, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, shall include the cost of crew standby pay, training schemes for officers and ratings, cadet training schemes, sick pay, study pay, recruitment and interviews.

  • Wireless support structure means a freestanding structure designed to support or capable of supporting small cell wireless facilities. Wireless support structure does not include a utility pole.

  • Customer Support means the services by which 21Vianet may provide assistance to Customer to resolve issues with the Services.

  • Local support means funds from tax sources, gifts, endowments, penal fines, or other funds received from local sources, excluding state and federal aid as stated in this act.

  • L/C Supportable Obligations means (i) obligations of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries with respect to insurance obligations and workers compensation, surety bonds and other similar statutory obligations and (ii) such other obligations of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries as are reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the respective Issuing Lender and otherwise permitted to exist pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Alternative electric supplier means a person selling electric generation service to retail customers in this state. Alternative electric supplier does not include a person who physically delivers electricity directly to retail customers in this state. An alternative electric supplier is not a public utility.

  • SAP Delivered Support means SAP’s support offering to directly provide support to End Users subject to the terms and conditions set out in the EUMA.

  • Behavior Support Plan means the individualized proactive support strategies used to support positive behavior.

  • Family support services means providing opportunities for

  • qualifying support means income support to which that person is entitled by virtue of paragraph 14B of Schedule 1B to the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987; and

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • Other Eligible Support means, with respect to a party, the items, if any, specified as such for that party in Paragraph 13.
