Regulated Entity means any entity referred to in Section I of Article L.613-34 of the French Code monétaire et financier as modified by the 20 August 2015 Decree Law, which includes certain credit institutions, investment firms, and certain of their parent or holding companies established in France.
Regulated Entities means to include the following:
Regulated party means a person who, pursuant to section 95484(a), must meet the average carbon intensity requirements in section 95482 or 95483.
regulated person means a person whose collection activities are confined and are directly related to the operation of a business other than that of a collection agency including any of the following:
Takeover regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and any amendments thereto;
Public utility means any business entity that owns or operates any plant, equipment, property, franchise, or license for the production, transmission, sale, delivery, or furnishing of elec- tricity, water, or steam the rates of charges for goods or services of which have been established or approved by a federal, state, or local government or governmental agency.
Port Authority means the port authority to be created pursuant to subclause (1) of Clause 13;
Governing authority means the local legislative authority
Governmental Entity means any nation or government, any state, province or other political subdivision thereof, any entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to government, including any court, arbitrator (public or private) or other body or administrative, regulatory or quasi-judicial authority, agency, department, board, commission or instrumentality of any federal, state, local or foreign jurisdiction.
Regulator means, with respect to any person, any Government Authority charged with regulating, supervising or examining such person and its Affiliates.
Governmental or Regulatory Authority means any court, tribunal, arbitrator, authority, agency, commission, official or other instrumentality of the United States, any foreign country or any domestic or foreign state, county, city or other political subdivision.
Culinary water authority means the department, agency, or public entity with
Highway authority means the state highway commission, a board of county road commissioners or the governing body of a city or village.
Football Authority means each of the Premier League, The Football League, The Football Association, The Football Association of Wales, FIFA, UEFA and other relevant governing body of association football.
Law or Regulation means the law or regulation of any jurisdiction, domestic or foreign, or any agreement entered into with or between Authorities.
Governmental Body means any: (a) nation, state, commonwealth, province, territory, county, municipality, district or other jurisdiction of any nature; (b) federal, state, local, municipal, foreign or other government; or (c) governmental or quasi-governmental authority of any nature (including any governmental division, department, agency, commission, instrumentality, official, organization, unit, body or Entity and any court or other tribunal).
Airport Authority means any city or any public or private board or other body or organization chartered or otherwise established for the purpose of administering, operating or managing airports or related facilities, which in each case is an owner, administrator, operator or manager of one or more airports or related facilities.
Supervised financial organization means a person, other than an insurance company or other organization primarily engaged in an insurance business:
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) means the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission or its duly authorized representatives.
Government Entity means (a) any federal, state, provincial or similar government, and any body, board, department, commission, court, tribunal, authority, agency or other instrumentality of any such government or otherwise exercising any executive, legislative, judicial, administrative or regulatory functions of such government or (b) any other government entity having jurisdiction over any matter contemplated by the Operative Documents or relating to the observance or performance of the obligations of any of the parties to the Operative Documents.
Legal Requirement means any treaty, convention, statute, law, regulation, ordinance, license, permit, governmental approval, injunction, judgment, order, consent decree or other requirement of any governmental authority, whether federal, state, or local.
County authority means the board of county commissioners,
Host Authority means the local authority appointed by the Parties under these arrangements to lead on a specified matter or function as set out in paragraphs 14 and 19.
General Body means the list of Members given under Para 6 of the Memorandum of Association.
Fraternal organization means an organization, except a school fraternity, which is a
international organization shall have the meanings set forth in Section 7701 of the Code or successor provisions.
