The Club may itself use or pass to the police or any Football Authority or other clubs, any recordings for use in any proceedings.
Other than the foregoing, and with the exception of each Football Authority, no other person other than you or the Club has any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to rely on or enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
