Other FHLBank Stock means stock issued by an FHLBank prior to the adoption and implementation of a Capital Plan. "Quarterly Net Income" means the amount of net income of an FHLBank for the most recent calendar quarter calculated in accordance with GAAP, after deducting the required contribution for the Affordable Housing Program under Section 10(j) of the Act, as reported in that FHLBank's quarterly and annual financial statements filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
