Outstanding Company Common Stock definition

Outstanding Company Common Stock means the outstanding shares of Common Stock, par value $1 per share, of the Company;
Outstanding Company Common Stock means the then outstanding shares of common stock of the Company.
Outstanding Company Common Stock has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(f)(i) of this Agreement.
