Outstanding Company Common Stock definition

Outstanding Company Common Stock means the outstanding shares of Common Stock, par value $1 per share, of the Company;
Outstanding Company Common Stock means, as of any date of determination, the then outstanding shares of Common Stock of the Company.
Outstanding Company Common Stock has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(f)(i) of this Agreement.
