Class A Preferred Stock definition

Class A Preferred Stock means the Class A preferred stock, nominal value $0.0001 per share, of the Company.
Class A Preferred Stock means the shares of class A preferred stock, par value $0.001 per share, of CT Legacy REIT Mezz Borrower and the term “Stock” means each of the Class A-1 Common Stock, the Class A-2 Common Stock, the Class B Common Stock and the Class A Preferred Stock.

  • Dividends paid on the shares of Class A Preferred Stock in an amount less than the total amount of such dividends at the time accrued and payable on such shares shall be allocated pro rata on a share-by-share basis among all such shares at the time outstanding.
