Origination Trust Documents means the Origination Trust Agreement, the Transaction SUBI Supplement, the Servicing Agreement (including the Transaction SUBI Servicing Supplement), the Transaction SUBI Certificate and all amendments or modifications thereto.
Origination Trust Documents means the Origination Trust Agreement, including the Lease SUBI Supplement and the Fleet Receivable SUBI Supplement, the Origination Trust Servicing Agreement, including the Series 1999-1 SUBI Servicing Supplement, the Custodian Agreement, the SUBI Certificates, the Receivable Purchase Agreement, the Asset Sale Agreement and the Contribution Agreement.
Origination Trust Documents means the Origination Trust Agreement and all agreements executed in connection therewith and with any Nissan-Infiniti LT Securitized Financing.
