Originated Customer Loan Funded Amount definition

Originated Customer Loan Funded Amount means, in respect of each Originated Customer Loan, the Originated Customer Loan Amount of such Originated Customer Loan minus the original issue discount applied to such loan in accordance with any applicable Installer Agreement and the pricing supplement thereto.
Originated Customer Loan Funded Amount means, in respect of each Originated Customer Loan, the Originated Customer Loan Amount of such Originated Customer Loan minus the original issue discount applied to such loan in accordance with any applicable Installer Agreement and the pricing supplement thereto. “Origination Fee” means, in respect of each Originated Customer Loan, an origination fee in an amount equal to the difference between (a) the Originated Customer Loan Funded Amount and (b) amount owed to the applicable Installer in respect of the related Home Improvement Project (including all Installer Advances made in respect thereof); provided that the Origination Fee shall in no event be less than zero (0). “Other Connection Taxes” means, with respect to Bank, Taxes imposed as a result of a present or former connection between Bank and the jurisdiction imposing such Tax (other than connections arising from Bank having executed, delivered, become a party to, performed its obligations under, received payments under, received or perfected a security interest under, engaged in any other transaction pursuant to or enforced any Loan Document, or sold or assigned an interest in any Credit Extension or Loan Document). “Other Taxes” means all present or future stamp, court, documentary, intangible, recording, filing or similar Taxes that arise from any payment made under, from the execution, delivery, performance, enforcement or registration of, from the receipt or perfection of a security interest under, or otherwise with respect to, any Loan Document, except any such Taxes that are Other Connection Taxes imposed with respect to an assignment. “Overadvance” is defined in Section 1.2. “Parent” means Sunlight Financial Holdings, Inc. “Patents” means all patents, patent applications and like protections including without limitation improvements, divisions, continuations, renewals, reissues, extensions and continuations-in-part of the same. “Payment/Advance Form” is that certain form in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Related to Originated Customer Loan Funded Amount

  • Funded Amount means, with respect to any Revolving Obligation (excluding a Synthetic Security) or Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation at any time, the aggregate principal amount of advances or other extensions of credit to the extent funded thereunder by the Issuer that are outstanding at such time.

  • Net Receivables Pool Balance means, at any time: (a) the Outstanding Balance of Eligible Receivables then in the Receivables Pool minus (b) the Excess Concentration.

  • Pre-Funded Amount With respect to any date of determination, the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account.

  • Eligible Account Receivable means an Account Receivable owing to the Company or any Domestic Subsidiary which meets the following requirements:

  • Collateral Monthly Principal means the monthly principal distributable in respect of the Collateral Interest as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.07(c).

  • Original Pre-Funded Amount The amount deposited by the Depositor in the Pre-Funding Account on the Closing Date, which amount is $36,215,225.

  • Excluded Amount means, as of any date of determination, with respect to any Asset: (a) any amount that is attributable to the reimbursement of payment by the applicable Borrower of any tax, fee or other charge imposed by any Governmental Authority on such Asset, (b) any interest or fees (including origination, agency, structuring, management or other up-front fees) that are for the account of the applicable Person from whom the applicable Borrower purchased such Asset, (c) any reimbursement of insurance premiums relating to such Asset, (d) any escrows relating to taxes, insurance and other amounts in connection with such Asset which are held in an escrow account for the benefit of the applicable Borrower pursuant to escrow arrangements under the Investment Documents and (e) any amount deposited into the Asset Account in error.

  • Yield Supplement Account means the account designated as such, and established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.01.

  • Net Receivables Balance means, at any time, the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables at such time reduced by the aggregate amount by which the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables of each Obligor and its Affiliates exceeds the Concentration Limit for such Obligor.

  • Advance Payment Contract means any contract whereby any Credit Party either (a) receives or becomes entitled to receive (either directly or indirectly) any payment (an “Advance Payment”) to be applied toward payment of the purchase price of Hydrocarbons produced or to be produced from Oil and Gas Interests owned by any Credit Party and which Advance Payment is, or is to be, paid in advance of actual delivery of such production to or for the account of the purchaser regardless of such production, or (b) grants an option or right of refusal to the purchaser to take delivery of such production in lieu of payment, and, in either of the foregoing instances, the Advance Payment is, or is to be, applied as payment in full for such production when sold and delivered or is, or is to be, applied as payment for a portion only of the purchase price thereof or of a percentage or share of such production; provided that inclusion of the standard “take or pay” provision in any gas sales or purchase contract or any other similar contract shall not, in and of itself, constitute such contract as an Advance Payment Contract for the purposes hereof.

  • Sold Receivable means a Receivable that was more than 60 days delinquent and was sold to an unaffiliated third party by the Issuer, at the Servicer’s direction, as of the close of business on the last day of a Collection Period and in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.3(c) hereof.

  • Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(ii).

  • Transferred Receivable means a Purchased Receivable or a Contributed Receivable.

  • Excess Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.2(d).

  • Native Load Customers means the wholesale and retail power customers of a Transmission Owner on whose behalf the Transmission Owner, by statute, franchise, regulatory requirement, or contract, has undertaken an obligation to construct and operate the Transmission Owner’s system to meet the reliable electric needs of such customers.

  • Collection Period means, with respect to any Payment Date, the period commencing on the first day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs (and, in the case of the first Collection Period, the period from (but excluding) the Cutoff Date) and ending on the last day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs.

  • Yield Supplement Amount means, with respect to any Collection Period and the related Deposit Date, the aggregate amount by which one month’s interest on the Principal Balance as of the first day of such Collection Period of each Discount Receivable (other than a Discount Receivable that is a Defaulted Receivable) at a rate equal to the Required Rate, exceeds one month’s interest on such Principal Balance at the APR of each such Receivable.

  • Approved Custodian means a pool custodian or other Person that Lender deems acceptable, in its sole discretion, to hold Mortgage Loans for inclusion in a Mortgage Pool or to hold Mortgage Loans as agent for an Investor that has issued a Purchase Commitment for those Mortgage Loans.

  • Scheduled Receivables Payment means, with respect to any Collection Period for any Receivable, the amount set forth in such Receivable as required to be paid by the Obligor in such Collection Period. If after the Closing Date, the Obligor’s obligation under a Receivable with respect to a Collection Period has been modified so as to differ from the amount specified in such Receivable as a result of (i) the order of a court in an insolvency proceeding involving the Obligor, (ii) pursuant to the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act or (iii) modifications or extensions of the Receivable permitted by Section 4.2(b), the Scheduled Receivables Payment with respect to such Collection Period shall refer to the Obligor’s payment obligation with respect to such Collection Period as so modified.

  • Account Receivable means, with respect to any Person, any and all rights of such Person to payment for goods sold and/or services rendered, including accounts, general intangibles and any and all such rights evidenced by chattel paper, instruments or documents, whether due or to become due and whether or not earned by performance, and whether now or hereafter acquired or arising in the future, and any proceeds arising therefrom or relating thereto.

  • Subsequent Receivables means the Receivables transferred to the Issuer pursuant to Section 2.2, which shall be listed on Schedule A to the related Subsequent Transfer Agreement.

  • Principal Cardholder means a Cardholder who has been issued with a Principal Card;

  • Principal Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(i).

  • Class-lI local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content more than 20% but less than 50%, as defined under this Order

  • Servicer Advance Date As to any Distribution Date, 11:30 a.m., Eastern time, on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).
