Originated Customer Loan Amount definition

Originated Customer Loan Amount means, in respect of each Originated Customer Loan, the original principal amount thereof (including in such principal amount any original issue discount applied to such loan in accordance with such Installer Agreement and the pricing supplement thereto).

Originated Customer Loan Amount means, in respect of each Originated Customer Loan, the original principal amount thereof (including in such principal amount any original issue discount applied to such loan in accordance with such Installer Agreement and the pricing supplement thereto). “Originated Customer Loan Funded Amount” means, in respect of each Originated Customer Loan, the Originated Customer Loan Amount of such Originated Customer Loan minus the original issue discount applied to such loan in accordance with any applicable Installer Agreement and the pricing supplement thereto. “Origination Fee” means, in respect of each Originated Customer Loan, an origination fee in an amount equal to the difference between (a) the Originated Customer Loan Funded Amount and (b) amount owed to the applicable Installer in respect of the related Home Improvement Project (including all Installer Advances made in respect thereof); provided that the Origination Fee shall in no event be less than zero (0). “Other Connection Taxes” means, with respect to Bank, Taxes imposed as a result of a present or former connection between Bank and the jurisdiction imposing such Tax (other than connections arising from Bank having executed, delivered, become a party to, performed its obligations under, received payments under, received or perfected a security interest under, engaged in any other transaction pursuant to or enforced any Loan Document, or sold or assigned an interest in any Credit Extension or Loan Document). “Other Taxes” means all present or future stamp, court, documentary, intangible, recording, filing or similar Taxes that arise from any payment made under, from the execution, delivery, performance, enforcement or registration of, from the receipt or perfection of a security interest under, or otherwise with respect to, any Loan Document, except any such Taxes that are Other Connection Taxes imposed with respect to an assignment. “Overadvance” is defined in Section 1.2. “Parent” means Sunlight Financial Holdings, Inc. “Patents” means all patents, patent applications and like protections including without limitation improvements, divisions, continuations, renewals, reissues, extensions and continuations-in-part of the same. “Payment/Advance Form” is that certain form in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Related to Originated Customer Loan Amount

  • Native Load Customers means the wholesale and retail power customers of a Transmission Owner on whose behalf the Transmission Owner, by statute, franchise, regulatory requirement, or contract, has undertaken an obligation to construct and operate the Transmission Owner’s system to meet the reliable electric needs of such customers.

  • Restricted Customer means any customer to whom or to which goods or services were provided by the Company during the two-year period prior to the date of Employee’s employment, and any potential customer of the Company that the Company solicited during the one-year period prior to the date of termination of Employee’s employment with the Company.

  • Protected Customers means any Person to whom the Company has sold its products or services or solicited to sell its products or services during the twelve (12) months prior to the Determination Date.

  • Protected Customer means any Person to whom the Company has sold its products or services or actively solicited to sell its products or services, and with whom Participant has had Material Contact on behalf of the Company during his/her employment with the Company.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Existing Customer means an individual who has purchased goods or services from a person, who is the recipient of a voice communication from that person, and who either paid for the goods or services within the 12 months preceding the voice communication or has not paid for the goods and services at the time of the voice communication because of a prior agreement between the person and the individual.

  • Related Supplier means any person who provides services to the Customer which are related to the Services from time to time;

  • TCP Customers We will not impose Credit Management Charges unless the Charges are a reimbursement of our costs and you are advised of their amount or method of calculation.

  • Transferred Receivable means a Purchased Receivable or a Contributed Receivable.

  • DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.

  • Class-lI local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content more than 20% but less than 50%, as defined under this Order

  • Indigent Customer means the head of an indigent household:-

  • Customer-Funded Upgrade means any Network Upgrade, Local Upgrade, or Merchant Network Upgrade for which cost responsibility (i) is imposed on an Interconnection Customer or an Eligible Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, section 217, or (ii) is voluntarily undertaken by a New Service Customer in fulfillment of an Upgrade Request. No Network Upgrade, Local Upgrade or Merchant Network Upgrade or other transmission expansion or enhancement shall be a Customer-Funded Upgrade if and to the extent that the costs thereof are included in the rate base of a public utility on which a regulated return is earned. Customer Interconnection Facilities:

  • Approved Custodian means a pool custodian or other Person that Lender deems acceptable, in its sole discretion, to hold Mortgage Loans for inclusion in a Mortgage Pool or to hold Mortgage Loans as agent for an Investor that has issued a Purchase Commitment for those Mortgage Loans.

  • End Customer means any party that is licensed to receive the Data either directly or via a Redistributor or group of Redistributors.

  • Advance Payment Contract means any contract whereby any Credit Party either (a) receives or becomes entitled to receive (either directly or indirectly) any payment (an “Advance Payment”) to be applied toward payment of the purchase price of Hydrocarbons produced or to be produced from Oil and Gas Interests owned by any Credit Party and which Advance Payment is, or is to be, paid in advance of actual delivery of such production to or for the account of the purchaser regardless of such production, or (b) grants an option or right of refusal to the purchaser to take delivery of such production in lieu of payment, and, in either of the foregoing instances, the Advance Payment is, or is to be, applied as payment in full for such production when sold and delivered or is, or is to be, applied as payment for a portion only of the purchase price thereof or of a percentage or share of such production; provided that inclusion of the standard “take or pay” provision in any gas sales or purchase contract or any other similar contract shall not, in and of itself, constitute such contract as an Advance Payment Contract for the purposes hereof.

  • Customer Deposits means deposits made by customers with respect to the purchase of goods or the performance of services.

  • Sold Receivable means a Receivable that was more than 60 days delinquent and was sold to an unaffiliated third party by the Issuer, at the Servicer’s direction, as of the close of business on the last day of a Collection Period and in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.3(c) hereof.

  • Eligible Customers means non-residential electric and/or gas Customers of Ameren Illinois. Each application has different eligibility requirements for Delivery Service rates (DS# for electric, GDS# for gas) to be eligible for that program. Refer to the specific program applications to determine if your business is eligible for that application. The Ameren Illinois incentive payments are awarded only to Eligible Customers for equipment that is owned by them and installed in the Ameren Illinois service area at the location that corresponds with the Ameren Illinois account number listed in the Application. All Eligible Customers are ultimately responsible for compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

  • Purchased Receivable means a Receivable purchased as of the close of business on the last day of a Collection Period by the Servicer pursuant to Sections 4.2, 4.4(c) or 4.7 or repurchased by the Seller or the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.2 or Section 10.1(a).

  • Eligible customer-generator means a customer-generator whose net energy metering system for renewable resources, cogeneration, fuel cells, and microturbines meets all applicable safety and performance standards.

  • Conduit Inventory Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 14(d).

  • Net Receivables Pool Balance means, at any time: (a) the Outstanding Balance of Eligible Receivables then in the Receivables Pool minus (b) the Excess Concentration.

  • Retail customer means any person that purchases retail electric energy for its own consumption at

  • wholesale customer means a natural or legal person purchasing electricity for the purpose of resale inside or outside the system where he is established;

  • Informed Customer Consent means, in the case where consent is required: (1) the Customer is provided with a clear statement of the data or information to be collected and allowable uses of that data or information by the party seeking consent; (2) the frequency of data or information release and the duration of time for which the consent is valid; and (3) process by which the Customer may revoke consent. In no case shall silence by the Customer ever be construed to mean express or implied consent to a request by the Company, or its Contractors. Customer consent shall be provided directly from the Customer and documented in writing, subject to forms and processes as defined by the Company.
