Original Partners definition

Original Partners means, collectively, (i) Xxxxxx X. Och, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx-Xxxxx (JK) Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx X’Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxx Xxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxx and (ii) the Original Related Trusts; and each, individually, is an “Original Partner.”
Original Partners means, collectively, (i) each Individual Limited Partner that was a Limited Partner as of the Closing Date, (ii) each other Individual Limited Partner designated as an Original Partner in a Partner Agreement, and (iii) the Original Related Trusts; and each, individually, is an “Original Partner.”

Original Partners has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
