Definition of ABL Guarantors


ABL Guarantors means the collective reference to (i) Holdings and each wholly owned Material Domestic Subsidiary (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement) of the Borrower other than any Excluded Subsidiary (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement), and (ii) any other Person who becomes a guarantor under any ABL Guaranty. The term "ABL Guarantors" shall include all "Guarantors" under and as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.

Examples of ABL Guarantors in a sentence

ABL Guarantors has the meaning set forth in the Recitals to this Agreement.
The Prepetition Foreign ABL Borrowers' obligations (the "Foreign ABL Obligations") under the Prepetition ABL Facility are (i) guaranteed by the Prepetition Domestic ABL Guarantors, along with Quiksilver Canada Corp., QS Retail Canada Corp., Ug Manufacturing Co. Pty Ltd, and Quiksilver Japan Co., Ltd.
ABL Credit Parties shall mean the ABL Borrowers, the ABL Guarantors and each other direct or indirect Subsidiary of the Company or any of its Affiliates that is now or hereafter becomes a party to any ABL Document.
ABL Loan Parties means collectively, the ABL Borrowers, the ABL Guarantors and each other direct or indirect subsidiary or parent of the ABL Borrowers or any of their affiliates that is now or hereafter becomes a party to any ABL Document.
ABL Guarantors shall mean the collective reference to Holdings (so long as it is a guarantor under any of the ABL Guaranties), each of the Companys Domestic Subsidiaries that is a guarantor under any of the ABL Guaranties and any other Person who becomes a guarantor under any of the ABL Guaranties.
