Ordinary Warrants definition

Ordinary Warrants means, collectively, the Ordinary Share purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Ordinary Warrants shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise equal to three (3) years, in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto.

  • The Company shall honor exercises of the Ordinary Warrants and shall deliver Ordinary Warrant Shares in accordance with the terms, conditions and time periods set forth in the Transaction Documents.

  • No additional legal opinion, other information or instructions shall be required of the Purchasers to exercise their Ordinary Warrants.

More Definitions of Ordinary Warrants

Ordinary Warrants means, collectively, the warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Ordinary Warrants shall be exercisable 180 calendar days following the issuance date and have a term of exercise equal to two (2) years in the form set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto.
Ordinary Warrants means, collectively, the ADS purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Ordinary Warrants shall be exercisable immediately, have a term of exercise equal to five (5) years and be in the form of Exhibit A-2 attached hereto.

Ordinary Warrants means, collectively, the Ordinary Share purchase warrants delivered to the Purchaser at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Warrants shall be exercisable at any time on or after the date that is 6 months from the issue date and have a term of exercise equal to five and one-half (5.5) years, in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.
