Examples of Ordinary Warrants in a sentence
The Company shall honor exercises of the Ordinary Warrants and shall deliver Ordinary Warrant Shares in accordance with the terms, conditions and time periods set forth in the Transaction Documents.
No additional legal opinion, other information or instructions shall be required of the Purchasers to exercise their Ordinary Warrants.
Without limiting the preceding sentences, no ink-original Notice of Exercise shall be required, nor shall any medallion guarantee (or other type of guarantee or notarization) of any Notice of Exercise form be required in order to exercise the Ordinary Warrants.
The Company shall use best efforts to keep a registration statement (including the Registration Statement) registering the issuance or resale of the Ordinary Warrant Shares effective during the term of the Ordinary Warrants.
The Ordinary Warrants are duly authorized and, when issued and paid for in accordance with the applicable Transaction Documents, will constitute valid and legally binding obligations of the Company, enforceable against the Company in accordance with their terms.
