Ordinary Units definition

Ordinary Units means all Units other than Special Units;
Ordinary Units means Partnership Units that are neither (a) LTIP Units or (b) Partnership Interests issued under Section 4.3 that are specifically designated by the General Partner as being of a specified class other than Ordinary Units.
Ordinary Units means the Units other than the Carry Units.
