Operator Possession means a Possession of the type referred to in paragraph 2.4;
Generator Operator means the Person that Operates the Generating Facility and performs the functions of supplying electric energy and interconnected operations services within the meaning of the NERC Reliability Standards.
Generator Owner means the Person that owns the Generating Facility and has registered with the NERC as the Person responsible for complying with all NERC Reliability Standards applicable to the owner of the Generating Facility.
Debtors in Possession means the Debtors in their capacity as debtors in possession in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to sections 1101, 1107(a), and 1108 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Premises means the location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.
Customer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Customer which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for provision of the Services (or any of them);
Terminal operator means a person who owns, operates, or otherwise controls a terminal.
Transient occupancy means occupancy in transient lodging that has all of the following
Storage operator means a person holding or applying for a permit.
Operator means the operator of an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application with actual knowledge that the site, service, or application is used for K–12 school purposes. Any entity that operates an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application that has entered into a signed, written agreement with an LEA to provide a service to that LEA shall be considered an “operator” for the purposes of this section.
Possession means having a weapon on the student’s body or in an area under the student’s control. “Weapon” means any:
Debtor in Possession means any Debtor, in its capacity as a debtor in possession pursuant to sections 1107(a) and 1108 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Warehouse operator means a person engaged in the business of operating or controlling a warehouse for the storing, shipping, handling or processing of agricultural products, but does not include an incidental warehouse operator.
Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;
the Premises means the building or part of the building booked and referred to in the contract
Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).
Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).
Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.

Segregated facilities, as used in this provision, means any waiting rooms, work areas, rest rooms and wash rooms, restaurants and other eating areas, time clocks, locker rooms and other storage or dressing areas, parking lots, drinking fountains, recreation or entertainment areas, transportation, and housing facilities provided for employees, that are segregated by explicit directive or are in fact segregated on the basis of race, color, religion, or national origin because of habit, local custom, or otherwise.
Residential Rental Unit means an area legally licensed or permitted for use as a living space containing a sleeping area, bathing and sanitation facilities and cooking facilities equipped with a cooking range, refrigerator and sink, all of which are separate and distinct from other Residential Rental Units. Constructing Entity means either the Transmission Owner or the New Services Customer, depending on which entity has the construction responsibility pursuant to Tariff, Part VI and the applicable Construction Service Agreement; this term shall also be used to refer to an Interconnection Customer with respect to the construction of the Customer Interconnection Facilities. Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.
The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.
Occupant means any person or persons over the age of eighteen years in possession of the property.
Elevator contractor means a sole proprietor, firm, or corporation licensed under this chapter that is engaged in the business of erecting, constructing, installing, altering, servicing, repairing, or maintaining an elevator.
