Operating Lease Facility definition

Operating Lease Facility means any operating lease transaction entered into by the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries resulting in the off-balance sheet financing of any of the Company’s or such Restricted Subsidiary’s property or assets, including its gas compression equipment.

Operating Lease Facility means the ABS Lease Facility, the BRL Lease Facility and any similar operating lease facility or financing arrangements established after the Issue Date.

  • Operating Lease means, as applied to any Person, any lease (including, without limitation, leases which may be terminated by the lessee at any time) of any Property (whether real, personal or mixed) which is not a Capital Lease other than any such lease in which that Person is the lessor.

  • Operating Lease Obligations means all obligations for the payment of rent for any real or personal property under leases or agreements to lease, other than Capitalized Lease Obligations.

  • Tenant Leases means leases, subleases, licenses or other use agreements between Seller and tenants with respect to Real Property, if any.
