Open Source Materials definition

Open Source Materials means all Software, Documentation or other material that is distributed as “free software”, “open source software” or under a similar licensing or distribution model, including, but not limited to, the GNU General Public License (GPL), GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL), Mozilla Public License (MPL), or any other license described by the Open Source Initiative as set forth on xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.

Open Source Materials means any software subject to an Open Source License.

• For clarification, this Agreement does not limit your rights under, or grant you rights that supersede, the license terms of any applicable Open Source Materials license agreement.

• Your use of the Open Source Materials is subject to the separate licensing terms applicable to such Open Source Materials as specified in the applicable software manifest.

More Definitions of Open Source Materials

Open Source Materials means any Software or other Intellectual Property subject to an Open Source License.
