OpCo Litigation Trust Subcommittee definition

OpCo Litigation Trust Subcommittee means the subcommittee created pursuant to the Litigation Trust Agreement. The OpCo Litigation Trust Subcommittee shall be comprised of a total of three voting members, to be appointed by the OpCo Lenders, and one non-voting member, to be appointed by the Creditors Committee. The members of the OpCo Litigation Trust Subcommittee shall be identified in the Plan Supplement.

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.

  • Enforcement Committee A committee consisting of representatives of the Settling States and of the Participating Subdivisions. Exhibit B contains the organizational bylaws of the Enforcement Committee. Notice pursuant to Section XIV.Q shall be provided when there are changes in membership or contact information.

  • Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board.
