Nothing in this Litigation Trust Agreement requires the Litigation Trustee to file any accounting or seek approval of any court with respect to the administration of the Litigation Trust, or as a condition for managing any payment or distribution out of the Litigation Trust Assets.
The Litigation Trustee may withhold from amounts distributable to any Person any and all amounts, determined in the Litigation Trustee’s reasonable sole discretion, to be required by any law, regulation, rule, ruling, directive or other governmental requirement.
