Oficer definition

Oficer means a person certified as an Arizona peace oficer pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1823, or its successor statute, and who is: (1) an employee of the city; or (2) is engaged as a reserve police oficer; or (3) is performing law enforcement duties pursuant to a special duty police services agreement.
