  • In the event of a competitive sale, this Governing Authority will meet in open and public session at the time and place determined by the Mayor and indicated in the Official Notice of Bond Sale for the purpose of receiving bids for the Bonds, considering and taking action upon the bids, and taking any other action necessary to effectuate the issuance, sale and delivery of the Bonds.
