Officer of the University definition

Officer of the University means any one of the Chair, Vice Chair, President and Vice Chancellor, Provost and Vice President Academic, Vice President Administration and Operations, Secretary of the Board, and such other person or persons as shall be appointed by the Board pursuant to Section 14.4.

Officer of the University means the President & Vice-Chancellor, the Vice- President(s), and such other officers as may be designated from time to time by the Board.
