Off-Peak definition

Off-Peak means, in relation to any Passenger Service, the period of time outside of the Peak;
Off-Peak means HE 01:00 - 06:00, HE 23:00 and HE 24:00 daily;
Off-Peak means all hours not defined as On-Peak.
