Off-Peak definition

Off-Peak means, in relation to any Passenger Service, the period of time outside of the Peak;

Off-Peak means all hours other than Peak hours.

Off-Peak means all hours not defined as On-Peak.

• On-Peak and Off-Peak are defined in the definitions section of this schedule.

• On each Business Day during the term of this Agreement, the Company will calculate the change in Off-Peak Forward Market Price to be the change in On-Peak Forward Market Price for that month multiplied by the historical off-peak to on-peak price ratio for that month.

• On each Business Day during the term of this Agreement, each of the Companies will calculate the change in Off-Peak Forward Market Price to be the change in On-Peak Forward Market Price for that month multiplied by the historical off-peak to on-peak price ratio for that month.

More Definitions of Off-Peak

Off-Peak means HE 01:00 - 06:00, HE 23:00 and HE 24:00 daily;

Off-Peak means Daily NTS Exit (Flat) Capacity which is subject to curtailment on a Day.

Off-Peak means all hours ending 01:00:00 through 06:00:00 and hours ending 23:00:00 through 24:00:00, PPT, Monday through Saturday and hours ending 01:00:00 through 24:00:00, PPT, on Sundays and NERC designated holidays.
