Off-Net definition

Off-Net means Educational Institutions in the defined districts within the State of New Mexico that the Primary Contractor will be proposing a direction connection to Off-Net Internet Access Services, which is outside of the Primary Contractor’s service area. This may include fiber construction services and/or special construction, and to meet the applicant’s need, this may include the Offeror partnering with other providers.
Off-Net means geographical locations that are outside of Comcast’s service area and/or geographical locations that are within Comcast’s service area generally, but are not readily accessible by Comcast network facilities. All Off- Net Services are provided by third-party service providers. Off-Net Services provisioned over a fiber optic network are referred to as “Off-Net Fiber.”

  • The following Class of Service (“CoS”) levels are available at each IP VPN Converged Connection Type: • Basic and Basic Plus • Enhanced and Enhanced Plus • Premium and Premium Plus For the purpose of the SLAs set out in section 4 below, IP VPN Converged Connection type ports configured with Basic, Enhanced or Premium CoS at Off-Net locations and at LATAM Tier 2 On-Net locations (as those terms are defined in Section 4) will be treated as having Basic Plus, Enhanced Plus or Premium Plus CoS respectively.

More Definitions of Off-Net

Off-Net means Calls that are sent or received from another network (to the PSTN or other IP platform/gateway).
Off-Net means Service not providing on the connection to network owned (or operated and controlled) by SELLER / CMCC that are served directly by SELLER / CMCC owned (or operated and controlled) fiber and SELLER / CMCC owned equipment.
