Odenton Facility definition

Odenton Facility means the real property, buildings, improvements and fixtures at the Company’s manufacturing facility located at 0000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000, but specifically excluding the equipment and other assets of the Company located at such facility.
