Obligor Group definition

Obligor Group means, collectively, each Obligor and its direct corporate or entity parents and subsidiaries; provided, that Obligors will not be considered members of the same Obligor Group solely as a result of a relationship based on the direct or indirect ownership of, or control by, a common owner which is a financial institution, asset manager, private equity sponsor, fund, investment vehicle or similar entity which is in the business of making diversified investments.
Obligor Group means any of the following: Group A Obligor, Group B Obligor, Group C Obligor or Group D Obligor.
Obligor Group means (a) the Borrowers and (b) the Subsidiary Guarantors.

Examples of Obligor Group in a sentence

  • As at the Specified Date, an Obligor from each Obligor Group has made at least one scheduled payment under the Underlying Asset Agreement to which it is a party.

  • Obligor Group: an Obligor together with (i) its holding company; (ii) its subsidiaries; and (iii) any other affiliated company as set out in the published accounts of any such company.

Obligor Group a group consisting of (a) the Canadian Facility Obligors, (b) the UK Facility Obligors or (c) the U.S. Facility Obligors, as the context requires.
