Notice to Lenders. When the Facility Agent actually receives a Drawing Notice pursuant to clause 5.2 (Drawdown), it shall notify each of the Tranche A Lenders of the details of, and the amount of such Tranche A Lender's participation in, the proposed Tranche A Advance and each Tranche A Lender shall, subject to the provisions of this Agreement, make available to the Borrower on the Drawing Date its participation in that Tranche A Advance.
