A Notice of No Issuance or the Final Drawing Notice may be given by facsimile or electronic mail transmission, confirmed in writing within twenty-four (24) hours, but the failure to so confirm such Notice of No Issuance or the Final Drawing Notice in writing shall not render such Notice of No Issuance or the Final Drawing Notice ineffective.
