Borrower Notice definition

Borrower Notice means a written notice, in the form of Exhibit A, to be used for each borrowing, repayment of each Advance or termination or reduction of the Facility Amount or Prepayments of Advances.

Borrower Notice has the meaning specified in Section 7.12(b)(iv).

Borrower Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11(c).

Examples of Borrower Notice in a sentence

• This Designated Borrower Notice shall constitute a Loan Document under the Credit Agreement.

• All capitalized terms used in this Designated Borrower Notice and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Credit Agreement.
