Tranche A Advance definition

Tranche A Advance has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).

Tranche A Advance means an advance by a Lender to a Borrower as part of a Tranche A Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurocurrency Rate Advance.

Tranche A Advance means an advance (as from time to time reduced by repayment in accordance with the terms hereof or the Common Terms Agreement) made or to be made by the Tranche A Facility Lenders under the Tranche A Facility.

Examples of Tranche A Advance in a sentence

• Subject to paragraph (b) below, no Tranche A Advance may be outstanding after the Tranche A Term Date.

• If such Tranche A Lender shall pay to the Agent such amount for the account of any such Issuing Bank on any Business Day, such amount so paid in respect of principal shall constitute a Tranche A Advance made by such Lender on such Business Day for purposes of this Agreement, and the outstanding principal amount of the Tranche A Advance made by such Issuing Bank shall be reduced by such amount on such Business Day.

• Each Tranche A Advance hereunder shall consist of Tranche A Loans made by the Tranche A Lenders ratably in accordance with their respective Pro Rata Shares.

• Until each Revolving Lender funds its Revolving Tranche A Advance or risk participation pursuant to clause (d) above, interest in respect of such Lender’s Pro Rata Share of the Swingline Advances shall be solely for the account of the Swingline Lender.

• Upon the Issuing Lender’s demand for payment under the terms of a Letter of Credit Application, the Borrower may, with a written notice, request that the Borrower’s obligations to the Issuing Lender thereunder be satisfied with the proceeds of a Revolving Tranche A Advance in the same amount (notwithstanding any minimum size or increment limitations on individual Revolving Tranche A Advances).

More Definitions of Tranche A Advance

Tranche A Advance means each Advance allocated to Tranche A pursuant to, and in accordance with, this Agreement.

Tranche A Advance means an Advance made by a Bank under Tranche A.

Tranche A Advance means any advance by a Tranche A Lender under Schedule “P”, including a Tranche A CDOR Advance;

Tranche A Advance means any Tranche A Loans made pursuant to this Agreement on a single date.

Tranche A Advance means a borrowing hereunder (a) made available by the Tranche A Lenders on the same Borrowing Date or (b) converted or continued by the Tranche A Lenders on the same date of conversion or continuation, consisting, in either case, of the aggregate amount of the several Tranche A Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurocurrency Rate Loans, in the same Agreed Currency and for the same Interest Period.

Tranche A Advance and “Tranche A Advances” shall have the meanings assigned to those terms in Section 3(a).

Tranche A Advance means an Advance comprised of Tranche A Revolving Loans.
