Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).
Full Notice to Proceed means that all material third party contractors have been given the notice to proceed with construction by the Capacity Market Seller or its agent, with a guaranteed completion date backed by liquidated damages.
Indemnity Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 9.3(b).
Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.
Termination Notice means the communication issued in accordance with this Agreement by one Party to the other Party terminating this Agreement;
Rectification Notice means a notice in writing that identifies a defect in a work and requires rectification of the defect within a specified period of time.
CAFA Notice means the notice of this Settlement to be served upon State and Federal authorities as required by the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, 28 U.S.C. § 1715.
Selection Notice means a notice substantially in the form set out in Part II of Schedule 3 (Requests) given in accordance with Clause 9 (Interest Periods).
Notice of Completion means a document issued by the Department or Delegated Agency at the end of project construction when all items and conditions of the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan have been satisfied, post construction verification documents demonstrate that the stormwater management systems have been constructed in accordance with the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan, and final stabilization of disturbed areas on the site has been achieved.
Notice to Proceed means notice issued by the OPWC pursuant to Section IV of this Agreement. "OPWC" means the Ohio Public Works Commission created pursuant to Revised Code Section 164.02.
Written Notice means a notice or communication in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly served if delivered in persons to the individual or to a member of the contractors firm or to an office of the company for whom it is intended, or if delivered at or sent by registered mail to the last business address known to him who gives the notice.
Summary Notice means the Summary Notice of Pendency of Class Action, Proposed Settlement, and Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses for publication, which, subject to approval of the Court, shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 3 to Exhibit A hereto.
Warning Notice means a notice in writing by the Secretary of State to the Academy Trust requiring the Academy Trust to procure the admission of a sufficient number of pupils by such date as he deems appropriate in the circumstances and setting out the consequences of not procuring the admission of a sufficient number of pupils by the date specified in such Warning Notice. 91D) If at any time after signing this Agreement, the Parties agree that by virtue of low pupil numbers the Academy is not financially viable, then the Parties jointly may terminate this Agreement having agreed first the precise terms of termination.
Mediation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.02(c).
Long Form Notice means the form of notice that shall be posted on the settlement website created by the Settlement Administrator and shall be available to Class Members by mail on request made to the Settlement Administrator in the form attached as Exhibit 2.
Offeror’s Notice means the notice described in Section 10.3.
Property Notice means any order, notice, proposal, demand or other requirement issued by any competent authority (including the Landlord) which materially affects the Academy Trust’s ability to use the Land for the purposes of the Academy. Restrictions on Land transfer
