A Responsible Employee shall also include any other Employee (other than a designated Responsible Employee) who creates or receives PHI on behalf of a Health FSA Component, even though the Employee’s duties do not (or are not expected to) include creating or receiving PHI.   • Senior Officer means the (a) chief executive officer, (b) chief operating officer, (c) chief financial officer, (d) chief accounting officer, (e) corporate controller, (f) treasurer, (g) assistant treasurer, (h) any senior vice president, or (i) any executive vice president, in each case whatever the title nomenclature may be, of the Person designated.
