Notices of Borrowing definition

Notices of Borrowing means, collectively, the Notices of Revolving Borrowing and the Notices of Swingline Borrowing.

• So long as the obligation of any Lender to make Eurodollar Rate Advances has been suspended under this Section 2.18, all Notices of Borrowing specifying Advances of such Type shall be deemed, as to such Lender, to be requests for Base Rate Advances.

• The Borrowings to be made on the Closing Date shall be made pursuant to the applicable Notices of Borrowing given not later than 11:00 a.m. (Houston, Texas time) on the Closing Date by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, which shall give to each Lender prompt notice of such proposed Borrowing, by facsimile or by electronic mail.
