Examples of Notices of Borrowing in a sentence
The Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall be entitled to rely and act upon any notices (including telephonic Notices of Borrowing) purportedly given by or on behalf of the Borrower even if (i) such notices were not made in a manner specified herein, were incomplete or were not preceded or followed by any other form of notice specified herein, or (ii) the terms thereof, as understood by the recipient, varied from any confirmation thereof.
The Borrower shall give all Notices of Borrowing via telecopier; provided, that, in the event of a transmission failure, the Borrower shall use reasonable efforts to deliver the applicable Notice of Borrowing to the Liquidity Provider on the same Business Day using such other means as may be reasonably deemed necessary by the Borrower.

So long as the obligation of any Lender to make Eurodollar Rate Advances has been suspended under this Section 2.18, all Notices of Borrowing specifying Advances of such Type shall be deemed, as to such Lender, to be requests for Base Rate Advances.
The Borrowings to be made on the Closing Date shall be made pursuant to the applicable Notices of Borrowing given not later than 11:00 a.m. (Houston, Texas time) on the Closing Date by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, which shall give to each Lender prompt notice of such proposed Borrowing, by facsimile or by electronic mail.
