Notice of Class Action Settlement means the notice of settlement, attached as

Notice of Class Action Settlement or “Notice” shall mean the notice to be provided to all Class Members regarding the terms of this Settlement, substantially like the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, subject to Court approval. The Notice shall constitute class notice pursuant to California Rule of Court 3.769 (f) and, once approved by the Court shall be deemed compliant with California Rule of Court 3.766.

Notice of Class Action Settlement means the form of written notice of the proposed Class Action Settlement, as approved by the Court in the Preliminary Approval Order, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
