The Notes Registrar will preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable and in accordance with the Applicable Procedures the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of all Registered Holders (including, Holders of Global Notes and Holders of Definitive Registered Notes, if any).
Relocation of physically displaced persons, therefore, is not required.
