Conversion Agent means any Person authorized by the Company to convert any Securities on behalf of the Company.

Conversion Agent means the Transfer Agent acting in its capacity as conversion agent for the Series A Preferred Stock, and its successors and assigns.

The Company may at any time from time to time authorize one or more Persons to act as Conversion Agent in addition to or in place of the Trustee with respect to any series of Debt Securities issued under this Indenture.

Conversion Agent means any Person authorized by the Company to convert Notes in accordance with Article 12. The Company has initially appointed the Trustee as its Conversion Agent pursuant to Section 10.02.

Conversion Agent means HK Conversion Agency Services Limited or such other person as may from time to time be appointed to act as conversion agent in relation to a Sub-Fund.
