Security Registrar have the respective meanings specified in Section 305.

Examples of Security Registrar in a sentence

• The Trustee shall preserve, in as current a form as is reasonably practicable, the names and addresses of Holders contained in the most recent list furnished to the Trustee as provided in Section 7.01 and the names and addresses of Holders received by the Trustee in its capacity as Security Registrar.

• The Company will give prompt written notice to the Trustee of any change of the Security Registrar or of the location of such office or agency.

More Definitions of Security Registrar

Security Registrar shall have the meanings as set forth in Section 2.05.

Security Registrar means the Person who keeps the Security Register specified in Section 3.05. The Company initially appoints the Trustee to act as Security Registrar for the Securities on its behalf. The Company may at any time and from time to time authorize any Person to act as Security Registrar in place of the Trustee with respect to any series of Securities issued under this Indenture.

Security Registrar means the Person who maintains the Security Register, which Person shall be the Trustee unless and until a successor Security Registrar is appointed by the Company.
