Note A-4 Securitization definition

Note A-4 Securitization means the first sale by the Note A-4 Holder of all or a portion of Note A-4 to a depositor who will in turn include such portion of Note A-4 as part of the securitization of one or more mortgage loans.
Note A-4 Securitization means the Securitization of Note A-4 in a Securitization Trust to be designated by the Note A-4 Holder.
Note A-4 Securitization shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

Examples of Note A-4 Securitization in a sentence

  • On and after the Note A-4 Securitization Date, Note A-4 shall be held in the name of the trustee (and held by a duly appointed custodian therefor) under the Note A-4 PSA, on behalf of the Note A-4 Holder.

  • On and after the Note A-4 Securitization Date, Note A-4 shall be held in the name of the Note A-4 Trustee (and held by a duly appointed custodian therefor) under the Note A-4 PSA, on behalf of the Note A-4 Holder.

  • In the event that the Borrowers fail to select the Type of Loan, or the duration of any Interest Period for any Eurodollar Loan, within the time period and otherwise as provided in this Section 4.05, such Loan (if outstanding as a Eurodollar Loan) will be automatically Converted into a Base Rate Loan on the last day of the then current Interest Period for such Loan or (if outstanding as a Base Rate Loan) will remain as, or (if not then outstanding) will be made as, a Base Rate Loan.

  • Note A-2 Securitization means the first sale by the Note A-2 Holder of all or a portion of Note A-2 to a depositor who will in turn include such portion of Note A-2 as part of the securitization of one or more mortgage loans.

  • Note A-1 Securitization means the first sale by the Note A-1 Holder of all or a portion of Note A-1 to a depositor who will in turn include such portion of Note A-1 as part of the securitization of one or more mortgage loans.

  • Note A-3 Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-3 Securitization.

  • Note A-2 Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-2 Securitization.

  • Note A-1 Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-1 Securitization.

  • First Securitization means the earliest to occur of the Note A-1 Securitization and the Note A-2 Securitization.

  • Note A-5 shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Securitization means one or more sales by a Note Holder of all or a portion of such Note to a depositor, who will in turn include such portion of such Note as part of a securitization of one or more mortgage loans.

  • Note A-3 shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Securitization Date means the effective date on which the Securitization of the first Note or portion thereof is consummated.

  • Lead Securitization Note means Note A-1.

  • Note A-4 shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Note A-4 PSA means the pooling and servicing agreement entered into in connection with the Note A-4 Securitization.

  • Note A-5 PSA means the pooling and servicing agreement entered into in connection with the Note A-5 Securitization.

  • Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement means such subsequent servicing agreement; provided, that if a Non-Lead Securitization Note is in a Securitization, then a Rating Agency Confirmation shall have been obtained from each other Rating Agency with respect to any such Non-Lead Securitization Note regarding any Special Servicer to be appointed under such replacement servicing agreement that does not have the Required Special Servicer Rating for such Rating Agency or, with respect to the Master Servicer, would not otherwise meet the conditions to be a servicer under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement that is being replaced; provided, further, that until a replacement servicing agreement has been entered into, the Lead Securitization Note Holder shall cause the Mortgage Loan to be serviced pursuant to the provisions of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, as if such agreement were still in full force and effect with respect to the Mortgage Loan, by the Servicers in the Lead Securitization or by any Person appointed by the Lead Securitization Note Holder that is a Person meeting the requirements of a master servicer under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement and, in the case of the Special Servicer, that meets the Required Special Servicer Rating for each Rating Agency then rating securities of a Non-Lead Securitization.
