Note A-1 Securitization Date definition

Note A-1 Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-1 Securitization.

Note A-1 Securitization Date means the effective date on which the Securitization of Note A-1 is consummated.

Note A-1 Securitization Date means the closing date of the JPMDB 2017-C7 Securitization.

• Prior to the Note A-1 Securitization Date and the Note A-2 Securitization Date, the originals of all of the Mortgage Loan Documents (other than Note A-2) will be held by the Initial Agent on behalf of the registered holders of the Notes.
