Note A-3 definition

Note A-3 shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

Note A-3 means Note A-3-1, Note A-3-2, Note A-3-3, Note A-3-4 and Note A-3-5, collectively.

Note A-3 means that certain Replacement, Amended and Restated Promissory Note A-3, dated May 1, 2020, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented extended, restated or replaced, and shall include any replacement promissory notes issued in respect thereof.

Note A-3 means that certain Amended and Restated Promissory Note A-3 (Eighth Mezzanine Loan), dated the date hereof, executed by Borrower and Lender and payable to the order of Lender in the amount of Forty-One Million Two Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Three and 33/100 Dollars ($41,254,583.33), as the same may hereafter be amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time.

Note A-3. As defined in the Introductory Statement.

Note A-3 means, individually or collectively, Note A-3-S1, Note A-3-S2, Note A-3-S3, Note A-3-C1 and Note A-3-C2, as the context may require.

Note A-3 means that certain Junior Mezzanine Promissory Note A-3 of even date herewith in the principal amount of $5,632,000.00, made by Borrower in favor of BofA, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, severed, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Note A-3 shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of “Note” in Section 1.1 hereof, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, extended, renewed, supplemented, severed, split, or otherwise modified from time to time.
