Note A-8 Securitization definition

Note A-8 Securitization means the first sale by the Note A-8 Holder of all or a portion of Note A-8 to a depositor who will in turn include such portion of Note A-8 as part of the securitization of one or more mortgage loans.
Note A-8 Securitization means the Securitization of Note A-8 in a Securitization Trust to be designated by the Note A-8 Holder.
Note A-8 Securitization means the BBCMS 2022-C18 Securitization.
