Securitization definition

Securitization means one or more sales by a Note Holder of all or a portion of such Note to a depositor, who will in turn include such portion of such Note as part of a securitization of one or more mortgage loans.
Securitization means the Note A-1 Securitization or the Note A-2 Securitization.
Securitization shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1 hereof.

  • The Note Holders agree to be bound by the terms of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

The obligations of Agent and Lenders under this Section 12.6 shall supersede and replace the obligations of Agent and Lenders under any confidentiality agreement in respect of this financing executed and delivered by Agent or any Lender prior to the date hereof.
