• On and after the Note A-5 Securitization Date, Note A-5 shall be held in the name of the Note A-5 Trustee (and held by a duly appointed custodian therefor) under the Note A-5 PSA, on behalf of the Note A-5 Holder.

• In addition, after the Note A-5 Securitization Date, the Note A-5 Holder shall send a copy of the Note A-5 PSA to each of the parties to the Note A-4 PSA.

• Prior to the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the Note A-2-1 Securitization Date, the Note A-2-2 Securitization Date, the Note A-3 Securitization Date, the Note A-4 Securitization Date, the Note A-5 Securitization Date and the Note A-6 Securitization Date, the originals of all of the Mortgage Loan Documents (other than Note ▇-▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇-▇-▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇-▇-▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇-▇, Note A-4, Note A-5 and Note A-6) will be held by the Initial Agent on behalf of the registered holders of the Notes.
