Note A-4 definition
Note A-4 shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
Note A-4 means that certain Replacement, Amended and Restated Promissory Note A-4, dated May 1, 2020, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented extended, restated or replaced, and shall include any replacement promissory notes issued in respect thereof.
Note A-4 means that certain Promissory Note A-4 (First Mezzanine Loan), dated the date hereof, executed by Borrower and payable to the order of Lender in the amount of Forty Five Million Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($45,005,000), as the same may hereafter be amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time.

Note A-4 means Note A-4-1, Note A-4-2, Note A-4-3, Note A-4-4 and Note A-4-5, collectively. “Note A-4-1,” “Note A-4-2,” “Note A-4-3,” “Note A-4-4” and “Note A-4-5” shall each have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
Note A-4 means, collectively, Note A-4-S, Note A-4-C1, Note A-4-C2, Note A-4-C3, Note A-4-A2 and Note A-4-A3.

Note A-4 means that certain Second Amended and Restated Promissory Note A-4 (Sixth Mezzanine Loan), dated as of the date hereof, executed by Borrower and Credit Suisse AG, Cayman Islands Branch and payable to the order of Credit Suisse AG, Cayman Islands Branch in the amount of Forty One Million Two Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Three and 33/100 Dollars ($41,254,583.33), as the same may hereafter be amended, supplemented, severed, consolidated or otherwise modified from time to time.
Note A-4 shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of “Note” in Section 1.1 hereof, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, extended, renewed, supplemented, severed, split, or otherwise modified from time to time (including, without limitation, any Defeased Note(s) and Undefeased Note(s) that may exist from time to time).
