Nonresidential area definition

Nonresidential area means land which is not currently used as a residential area and which is zoned for nonresidential uses.
Nonresidential area means any area other than a "residential area", as defined herein.
Nonresidential area means land zoned for other than residential uses, such as commercial, professional office, industrial or public, as defined in the zoning ordinance, but not including public rights-of-way.
