Prior to the hearing on Final Approval and in accordance with the Court’s regular notice requirements, the Claim Administrator shall certify to the Court that it has complied with the notice requirements set forth herein.
The Claim Administrator will administer the Notice Plan in accordance with this Agreement, the Court’s order granting Preliminary Approval and any other order of the Court.
