Marriage and Family Therapist. 679. MFT’s must complete the State-mandated required hours of post-degree experience. MFT candidates must receive at least one (1) hour per week of face-to-face supervision for every ten (10) hours of direct client counseling. Candidates for MFT license have six (6) years in which to acquire these supervised hours.

  • Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises This section is applicable if Contractor received a disabled veteran business enterprise (“DVBE”) incentive in connection with this Agreement. A person or entity that knowingly provides false information shall be subject to a civil penalty for each violation.

  • Domestic Partners; Spouses; Gender Discrimination If the Contract Amount is $100,000 or more, Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with PCC 10295.3, which places limitations on contracts with contractors who discriminate in the provision of benefits regarding marital or domestic partner status.

  • Marriage Leave A confirmed staff shall be granted 3 working days of paid marriage leave on the occasion of her first legal marriage. The leave has to be consumed within 1 year of her legal marriage.

Effective January 1, 2015 if both spouses work for the State or another organization participating in the State’s Group Insurance Program, a spouse may be covered as a dependent by the other.
